In an effort to increase employee job satisfaction, this institution is supported by various factors, including organizational culture, work performance, ability, and employee motivation. This study aims to analyze the extent to which organizational culture and work performance affect the job satisfaction of the North Sumatra Provincial Revenue Service Office, as well as how the ability and motivation have an impact on their work performance.

Organizational culture and work performance are two critical factors that influence job satisfaction. Conclusion

Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that:

Organizational Culture and Work Performance: Organizational culture and work performance positively and significantly affect the job satisfaction of the North Sumatra Provincial Revenue Service Office.
Ability and Motivation: Ability and motivation also have a positive and significant influence on the work performance of the North Sumatra Provincial Revenue Service.

Research Implications

The implications of this study show that improving organizational culture and work performance must be the main focus in efforts to increase employee job satisfaction. On the other hand, the development of employee abilities needs to be prioritized, while attention to motivation is also needed even though the effect is not significant. With a better understanding of the relationship between these factors, the management of the North Sumatra Provincial Revenue Service can design more effective strategies to improve employee performance and job satisfaction.
