This situation is caused by several factors, including leadership that is too dominant in decision making, the lack of appreciation for employee achievements, relationships between colleagues who tend to show superiority, as well as the application of justice that is not evenly distributed. In this context, an increase in employee engagement is considered to be done in order to significantly improve employee performance.

With the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.500, it means that 50% of employee performance is determined by these factors.
