Normative juridical analysis of Law Number 38 of 1999 is the basis for assessing the suitability of zakat management carried out.

This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze the data collected from the Amil Zakat Al Hijrah North Sumatra Institution. The data collection methods used in this study include:
