Introduction

Blood samples were taken to measure the levels of plumbum, hemoglobin, and enzyme activity? -Alad. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 13 program with the ANOVA test and BNT further test.

Results

The results of the analysis show that:

Giving chitosan with low, medium, and high molecular weight at a concentration of 1% and 2% significantly increases blood hemoglobin levels compared to groups of K1 and K3. This suggests that chitosan has the potential to increase hemoglobin levels in mice exposed to plumbum.

Discussion

Based on these results, it can be concluded that chitosan has the potential to reduce blood plumbum levels and increase hemoglobin levels. This study provides important information about the potential of chitosan in overcoming plumbum poisoning.
