This study aims to analyze the impact of these three factors on the performance of nurses in Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam Hospital.

Results

The results of the analysis show that work-family conflicts, work saturation, and non-physical work environment have a significant influence on the performance of nurses. From the results of the partial significance test (T-test), it was found that work-family conflicts and work saturation have a significant negative effect on the performance of nurses. On the other hand, the non-physical work environment shows a significant positive effect. Interestingly, the non-physical work environment has a greater influence compared to other variables. This shows that a conducive working atmosphere and good relationships between colleagues can improve the performance of nurses.
