Introduction

In today's digital age, the use of online travel agent (OTA) services such as Traveloka and Tiket.com has become increasingly popular among travelers, particularly the millennial generation. This study aims to investigate the impact of advertising, price, and e-service quality on customer loyalty among OTA service users in Medan. By involving 150 respondents aged 18-37 years who have used Traveloka or Tiket.com at least twice, this study seeks to understand the extent to which these factors influence customer loyalty.

Research Methods

This study employed an accidental sampling technique, with a sample size of 75 Traveloka users and 75 Tiket.com users. To analyze the data, a descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression were used, with the aid of SPSS software. The data was collected through documentation and questionnaire studies, measured on a Likert scale. The analysis was carried out by testing the coefficient of determination (R²), as well as the F test and T test to determine the significance of the effect of each variable.

Research Results

The results of this study showed that simultaneously, advertising, price, and e-service quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty. This study indicates that these three factors not only play a role in increasing sales but also in creating long-term relationships between customers and the services provided.
