Introduction

Of the 110 students studied, it was found that 10% had mild physical activity, 64.5% of moderate physical activity, and 25.5% of severe physical activity. In terms of sleep quality, 48.2% of students had good sleep quality, while 51.8% experienced poor sleep quality. Further analysis using the Chi-Square test showed a significant relationship between physical activity and sleep quality with the value of P = 0.002, and weak correlation (r = -0.265).

More severe physical activity contributes to improving sleep quality, showing that more active students tend to sleep more soundly.
