Methodology

This study uses a descriptive approach with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) method to assess the performance of credit schemes. The CIPP model is a widely used framework for evaluating the effectiveness of programs and projects. In addition, the feasibility of corn farming is measured using the R/C (Revenue/Cost) ratio, which shows that the farm has the potential to produce a profit if R/C is greater or equal to 1.
