The observations of physiological characteristics were carried out in 42 days after planting, and some of the parameters observed include the relative water content of leaves, chlorophyll levels A and B, total chlorophyll, hydrogen peroxide levels, and enzyme activity such as superoxide dismutase, dismutase peroxide, and peroxidase ascorbate. This measurement aims to evaluate how the two varieties of shallots react to different watering frequencies, especially watering every 5 days and other intervals.
